Our 6 gîtes are open all year round, as all seasons are pleasant between the 2 Capes!
Our rates are adapted to the different periods of the year and to the duration of the rental: weekend, mid-week or week.
We distinguish 3 seasons to offer you the best rates
LOW SEASON October 15 to March 15, excluding Christmas and New Year.
SEASON March 16 to October 14, excluding summer, including Christmas and New Year.
HIGH SEASON July 1 to September 15.
WE ALSO OFFER A FAMILY / FRIENDS / SEMINARS PACKAGE
Ideal for family gatherings (family reunions), get-togethers with friends (get-togethers) or even with coworkers (team-building events/seminars), our 6 vacation rentals—when rented together—offer sleeping accommodations for 33 people, expandable to a maximum of 43, and, for an additional €380, access to a 110 m² private activity space.
We offer tailor-made packages with prices adapted to the number of gîtes occupied.

(*) In accordance with current regulations, our rates include a tourist tax of 0.75 cents per bed per night.
Remarks
Weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday are preferred during the summer months (July – August).
For mid-weeks, long weekends or isolated weekdays, please contact us.
Only by renting all of the vacation rentals—and thus having exclusive use of the property—can guests access the common living area.
For all group, friend, family, or seminar rentals, we ask that you agree to respect the property and the neighborhood by adhering to our Code of Conduct for the Vacation Rentals, which we will ask you to return signed before your arrival.
Booking conditions
A 30% deposit is required upon receipt of the contract to confirm the reservation.
A security deposit of €300 is required no later than the day of arrival.
If you are renting multiple cottages, an additional security deposit will be required.
Additional charges
A flat rate (water/electricity) for weekend rentals: €20 for Cottage 1, €40 for Cottages 2, 3, and 4, €50 for Cottage 5, and €60 for Cottage 6 and the common living area.
A flat rate (water/electricity) for weekly rentals: €40 for Cottage 1, €60 for Cottages 2, 3, and 4, €70 for Cottage 5, and €80 for Cottage 6 and the common living area.
A cleaning fee: €40 for cottage 1, €60 for cottages 2 and 3, €50 for cottage 4, €65 for cottage 5, €70 for cottage 6, and €60 for the common living area.
Optional
Supplement of €40 per animal (on request and limited number).
A wood package of 30 € per wood stove is available for Gîte 5, Gîte 6, and the common living area (the seminar rate includes wood).
Sheet package: €14 per bed; beds are not made.
–>The seminar rate includes bed linens (beds not made) and bath towels, as well as firewood.
Parking
Gîtes 1, 2, 3 and 4 each have a parking space in the inner courtyard.
Gîtes 5 and 6 each have two parking spaces in the inner courtyard.
Above this number, you’ll need to park your vehicles at the village exit (a space is available after the sign at the end of Hervelinghen, a few hundred meters from the gîtes) or in the village, but never in the rue de l’Eglise (the street leading to the gîtes), as large agricultural vehicles are on the road.

Check-in is scheduled for Saturday afternoon at 4:30 p.m.
Check-out is scheduled for Saturday morning before 10:00 a.m.
Weekend Rentals
Check-in is on Friday at 6:00 p.m. or Saturday morning at 12:00 p.m.
Check-out is scheduled for Sunday before 6:30 p.m.

All of our beds, pillows, and comforters are equipped with protective covers.
If you do not choose the sheet package, please bring your own pillowcases, sheets, and duvet covers and place them over the protective covers.
