Our 6 gîtes are open all year round, as all seasons are pleasant between the 2 Capes!
Our rates are adapted to the different periods of the year and to the duration of the rental: weekend, mid-week or week.
We distinguish 3 seasons to offer you the best rates
LOW SEASON October 15 to March 15, excluding Christmas and New Year.
SEASON March 16 to October 14, excluding summer, including Christmas and New Year.
HIGH SEASON July 1 to September 15.
WE ALSO OFFER A FAMILY / FRIENDS / SEMINARS PACKAGE
Ideal for getting together with family (cousinades), friends (get-togethers) or colleagues (team-building/seminars), our 6 gîtes, rented together, can sleep 43 and, for an additional €380, offer access to an equipped 110 m² room.
We offer tailor-made packages with prices adapted to the number of gîtes occupied.

(*) In accordance with current regulations, our rates include a tourist tax of 0.75 cents per bed per night.
Remarks
Weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday are preferred during the summer months (July – August).
For mid-weeks, long weekends or isolated weekdays, please contact us.
Only the rental of all the gîtes, and therefore the privatization of the site, allows access to the common room.
If you are renting for groups, friends, families or seminars, we will ask you to agree to respect the site and the surrounding area by respecting our Charter of Good Conduct at the Gites, which we will ask you to sign and return before you arrive.
Booking conditions
A 30% deposit is required on receipt of the contract to confirm the reservation.
A deposit of €300 is required no later than the day of arrival.
If you rent several gîtes, an additional deposit will be required.
Additional charges
Weekend rental: €20 for gîte 1, €40 for gîtes 2,3,4, €50 for gîte 5 and €60 for gîte 6 and the common room.
Weekly rental: €40 for gîte 1, €60 for gîtes 2,3,4, €70 for gîte 5 and €80 for gîte 6 and the common room.
A cleaning fee: €40 for gîte 1, €60 for gîtes 2,3, €50 for gîte 4, €65 for gîte 5, €70 for gîte 6 and €60 for the common room.
Optional
Supplement of €40 per animal (on request and limited number).
30 € per wood-burning stove : Gîte 5 – Gîte 6 – Salle commune.
Sheets at €14 per bed.
Parking
Gîtes 1, 2, 3 and 4 each have a parking space in the inner courtyard.
Gîtes 5 and 6 each have two parking spaces in the inner courtyard.
Above this number, you’ll need to park your vehicles at the village exit (a space is available after the sign at the end of Hervelinghen, a few hundred meters from the gîtes) or in the village, but never in the rue de l’Eglise (the street leading to the gîtes), as large agricultural vehicles are on the road.
Arrival and departure times
Weekly rentals
Arrival times are scheduled for Saturday afternoon at 4.30pm.
Departure times are scheduled for Saturday morning before 10am.
Weekend rentals
Arrival times are Friday at 6 pm or Saturday morning at 12 am.
Departure times are on Sunday before 6.30pm.
